How to Apply Your Patch (Heat Press)
- Preheat your heat press to 285–295°F.
- Position the patch on the hat or garment where you want it.
- Add a heat press pillow or hat form for curved surfaces.
- Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.
- Press for 12–15 seconds with medium–firm pressure.
- Let cool for 5–10 seconds.
- Press again for 5–8 seconds to lock in a permanent bond.
Note: Some garments may require slight pressure or time adjustments.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash is recommended for longest life.
- Do not bleach.
- Avoid high-heat dryer cycles; low heat or hang dry is best.
- Do not iron directly on the patch.
- Safe for outdoor use and cold weather.
Artwork Requirements
- Preferred file types: PNG, SVG, EPS, or high-resolution PDF.
- Solid black artwork engraves best for leatherette.
- Avoid very thin lines (keep strokes above ~0.5 pt where possible).
- For full-color UV printed patches, send files in CMYK or RGB at high resolution.
